Passport, permanent resident (PR) card, visa and firearms licence photos.
U.S., China & Hong Kong
Passport and visa photos, plus Hong Kong ID and travel-document photos.

A little preparation saves time.
- Bring the exact photo requirements.Show us the application instructions, including print dimensions or digital upload specifications.
- Wear a dark-coloured top.Avoid white or very light tops against the white background. Bring a dark top to change into if needed.
- Tell us how you will submit.Paper application, online upload or CD: let us know before we prepare your order.

Have your photo taken
Most orders are ready in 10–15 minutes after the photo is taken. Busy periods and special requirements may take longer.
Collect your prints or digital copy
For digital orders, use your private QR code or 16-character code to preview and download your photo, or send it to your email.
Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, including for baby photos.
Is a digital copy included in the print price?
Digital copies are an additional service. Ask us to confirm the price for the combination you need before your photo is taken.
How do I collect my digital photo?
Scan the QR code on your photo card or enter your 16-character code on our photo collection page. You can preview, download or send the photo to your email.
How long is my photo link available?
Digital photo links are available for 60 days after preparation. Download and keep your own copy before the link expires.
Can you prepare a less common photo format?
Please show us the exact application requirements. Call first if you are unsure about a particular document or digital format.
