Bring your return ready to ship, or use our free packaging if the item weighs 20 lb or less and fits our poly bag (maximum 14 × 10 × 8 in). These weight and size limits apply only when using our free packaging. Other return eligibility is determined by Amazon. Liquids, dangerous goods and other restricted or prohibited items are not accepted.
No appointment needed. Bring the photo requirements for your application, especially for a less common document or a specific upload format.
Busy periods and special requirements may take longer. Choose printed photos, an electronic copy by email or a photo CD to suit your application.
For photos taken at our store, please avoid white or light-coloured tops against the white background. Bring a dark top to change into if needed.

Notarization and translation usually take 1–2 days, depending on the documents and partner availability. Fees and timing are confirmed after review. For documents submitted to the B.C. Authentication Program in Victoria, allow approximately 2–4 weeks for government processing after receipt, plus courier time to and from the office. Processing times can change; this is not a guaranteed completion date.

No. Photo walk-ins, including babies, are welcome. Please wear a dark-coloured top. Most orders are ready about 10–15 minutes after the photo is taken, with longer waits when busy.
Yes, you can bring your documents to Mayfair to start the service. Actual notarization and certified translation are completed by professional partners, usually in 1–2 days depending on the work required.
